How do I recognize the driver at the airport?

The driver will be waiting at the exit of the flight after you pick up your bag and  passed through customs at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and before pick up your luggage at Orly Airport. 


He will wait with a signboard with your name or company name . If you meet difficulties to find it , you can contact us at +33 1 73790185. Contacting us by mail could be longer . The Information desk of  the airport can help to give a call if you don’t have a mobile phone . 

In any case  if you provide your mobile phone number , the driver will send you an SMS or give you a call if it seems to him abnormally  too long before he leave out.

Please kindly note,  if you do not contact us, we assume that you are no show and the transfer will be charged.

How long is the journey between the airport and Paris?
Driving time depending on the traffic, but it normally takes between 3 / 4 hours and  1:15 hours during  morning peak between 7 and 9:30 am and evening peak between 17h and 20h.
Our team can advise you. Generally , we advise you to plan to leave 3hours before an international flight, and 2H30 for an European flight.
I have to cancel my trip. Which costs are the cancellation ?

Cancellation costs for Transfer
Cancellations before 12 hours no charge
Cancellations between 12h and 2 h before departure time 20 %
Cancellations 2h before departure time 100% charge

Cancellation costs for Limousine, Minivan or minibus tours
– for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure, 100 % of the excursion cost;
– for cancellations more than 24 hours prior to departure, 0% of the excursion cost;

Cancellation costs for motorcoach tours
the following cancellation charges will apply:
– for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to departure, 20% of the excursion cost;
– for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure, 40% of the excursion cost;
– for cancellations on the day of travel, no refund will be payable.

 

If the flight are delayed, how long the driver waits for me ?
The driver will check the arrival time of flight and will wait. However, in case of a very long delay, we are subject to availability. We will do our best to send a driver. Never leave the airport without calling us . Rare are cases where we could not provide the service.
The cost of transferring understand 1h waiting at the airport to retrieve your luggage or any delayed . after this period, a new transfer will be charged or as appropriate charging minimum hourly rate.

Tipping is neither included, nor required. it is left to the client’s wish according to his satisfaction.
